???John MacLeod, School of Landscape Architecture of the University of Montreal ,Canada.

???Professor John MacLeod graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (1970) and a Master of Landscape Architecture (1978).He has lived and worked in Québec province since 1977, first in private practice in landscape architecture and urban design in Québec City, and from 1985 to 2013 as a professor at the University of Montreal. He taught sustainable landscape community design, garden design, landscape construction and professional practice. His research interests were centred on the documentation and encouragement of the creation of parks and gardens dedicated to world peace and to the spiritual dimension of landscape architecture.
